Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Carpenter to join our growing team. We are looking for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and can work independently on commercial construction projects. Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Install doors, frames, hardware, trim, and millwork</li>
<li>Perform metal and wood framing</li>
<li>Install drywall, insulation, and acoustical ceilings</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings</li>
<li>Install flooring, cabinetry, and finish carpentry items</li>
<li>Complete punch-list work and project closeout tasks</li>
<li>Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area</li>
<li>Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Minimum 10 years of commercial carpentry experience</li>
<li>Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications</li>
<li>Proficient with hand and power tools</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and valid driver's license</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders</li>
<li>OSHA 10 certification preferred</li>
