Key Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation: Ensure high standards in food preparation and presentation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
  • Event Hosting: Organize and host wine and bourbon dinners, enhancing the dining experience through expert pairings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant setting, preferably in a full-service restaurant.
