By overseeing production activities, ensuring rigorous adherence to quality, maintaining stellar housekeeping, and enforcing safety standards, you shape the future of our workforce through regular coaching and feedback.

YOUR ROLE IN OUR SUCCESS

  • Inspire and guide the production team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Act as the chief problem-solver in the manufacturing process and foster a spirit of progress.
  • Core leadership duties involve:
  • Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and cleanliness.
  • Aiming for peak production efficiency within quality boundaries.
  • Distributing tasks effectively to maximize productivity.
  • Ensuring accessibility of essential tools and materials for seamless operations.
  • Coaching the team through regular feedback and structured appraisals.
  • Creating and nurturing an environment for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintaining meticulous records of team performance metrics.
  • Analyze and enhance manufacturing procedures for optimum output.
  • Apply analytical skills to resolve and improve complex manufacturing issues.
  • Streamlining current operations to optimize costs and enhance performance.
  • Ensuring accuracy by auditing standards and improving systems.
  • Guaranteeing products and processes meet or surpass quality benchmarks.
  • Ensure all team members are well-versed with manufacturing guidelines and standards.
  • Recognizing and rectifying quality-impacting challenges promptly.
  • Adapting machinery and processes to improve output quality and efficiency.
  • Deploying effective inspection procedures to enhance product standards.
  • Evolving product defects through enhancements in standards.
  • Helping material management with sourcing and procurement tasks.
  • Playing a key role in the strategic planning of manufacturing goals.
  • Undertaking additional responsibilities as they arise.

BASIC CRITERIA

  • At least a year’s leadership experience in a production environment.

ATTRACTIVE ASSETS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or related field.
  • Experience with Team Coordinator Assessment.
  • Certifications in Lean/Six Sigma or Project Management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Lotus Notes E-mail & JDE systems within three months.
  • Completion of Team and Continuous Improvement Training requirements.
  • Strong project planning and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Hands-on skills in a dynamic production environment.
  • Well-versed in CFM, Pull Systems, Kaizen, Poka-yoke, Toyota Production System, etc.
