Our client company, a successful and rapidly-growing manufacturer and installer of specialty outdoors architectural construction products, is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager for its headquarters near Tampa. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for cradle-to-grave project management with large and small General Contractors who do architectural, municipal, and educational market builds. This is a leadership role in charge of a small team of Project Managers who each handle their own projects. The PM will also oversee all aspects of any given project from planning to implementation and follow through upon project completion. Other responsibilities include:

• Supervising onsite personnel and contractors;
• Allocating resources for assigned projects;
• Working with inspectors, contractors, architects, city planners, engineers, and clients;
• Contract negotiation;

To be considered for an interview, candidates MUST HAVE:

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management;
• Experience with relatable construction software;
• Experience reading blueprints and construction documents;
• Ability to go to the office M-F
