As a production worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery and maintenance of trailers and units. You will receive daily work instructions and work orders that will guide your tasks for the day.
Responsibilities
- Prepare trailers and units for delivery.
- Maintain units and furniture.
- Load and unload furniture onto units.
- Utilize hand and power tools to make repairs and service units.
- Perform basic grounds maintenance.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and document work throughout the day.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
- Report issues promptly.
- Maintain a safety mindset throughout the day.
Essential Skills
- Experience in production and assembly work.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- 1 to 3 years of construction experience
- Mechanically inclined.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Steel toes required.

Work Environment
You will work in a non-climate-controlled environment, moving in and out of the warehouse and into the elements to load and unload trailers. The role requires wearing steel-toe shoes and follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional work until 5 PM and rarely on Saturdays. The production team consists of 25-35 members.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
