Position Summary:
- The Chemical Engineer will play a key role in evaluating current production processes and implementing improvements to increase volume, efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness.
- This position will work directly with the ownership team to assess manufacturing workflows, recommend process enhancements, and support strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve chemical manufacturing processes related to beauty products
- Evaluate current equipment and production methods to increase efficiency and output
- Collaborate with ownership to determine process implementation strategies
- Identify opportunities to reduce waste, downtime, and production costs
- Support scaling initiatives and volume growth planning
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures
- Assist with troubleshooting production challenges and implementing corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering (required)
- Strong understanding of process improvement and manufacturing principles
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work closely with leadership and contribute to strategic decision-making
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
