Job Details
This job is for Irene's Bagels located at 1942 W. Montrose Ave. Chicago, IL 60613.
Tasks include but not limited to:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and beverages
- Provide warm, efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house and barista station
- Manage and track inventory (coffee, retail items, milk, supplies)
- Assist with opening/closing duties and daily prep
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and team members
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of barista or café experience
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in drink preparation
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Comfortable working mornings and busy weekend shifts
- Ability to stay organized and proactive during rushes
- Experience with inventory management or willingness to learn
Morning and Weekend availability required.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($12.62 - $13.00) plus tips
Estimated Weekly Tips: $400.00
