Overview:
In this role, you will apply the nursing process to deliver exceptional patient care. You will hold professional accountability for the care provided to your assigned patients and assess the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other direct caregivers. Collaboration with various departments to coordinate patient care is essential. Upholding patient rights and ensuring the confidentiality of patient information are critical aspects of this position. Position Details:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing the nursing process to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintaining accountability for the care of assigned patients.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by other caregivers.
• Coordinating patient care with other departments.
• Safeguarding patient rights and confidentiality.
• Performing all duties in accordance with our mission and values.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Completion of a nursing program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Must obtain and maintain a current RN license in the state of employment or a compact license, fulfilling all state board of nursing requirements.
• Certifications:
  - ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association, or successful completion of the course within 30 days of hire.
  - Additional unit-specific certifications may be required based on the position or department.
