Job DescriptionAdministrative Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant with 4 or more years of experience in a similar role. This is a great Temp to Perm opportunity located in Hicksville, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and streamline administrative workflows to support operational efficiency across departments.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal process documentation.
- Track and manage operational metrics, reports, and project timelines to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Support procurement and vendor management by maintaining records, processing orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate cross-functional meetings, project reviews, and operational briefings.
- Maintain databases, dashboards, and filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date operational records.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to support onboarding, asset management, and compliance tracking.
- Monitor office resources and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service contracts.
- Prepare operational reports, presentations, and summaries for leadership review.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementing solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Excel
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role
Employment Type: Temp to Perm
Salary: $24-30/hr
Pay Details: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour
