Summary
Now Hiring: Preschool Teacher’s Assistant
A New Day Child Development Center – Spicewood, TX
We’re looking for a caring and dependable Teacher’s Assistant to join our team! You’ll help with classroom activities, supervision, and creating a fun, nurturing environment for children ages 12 months–Pre-K.
Full-time, Monday–Friday
Experience with young children preferred (training provided).
Must meet Texas Child Care Licensing requirements.

Duties
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers in implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment.
- Foster strong relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Follow licensing and safety regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Passion for early childhood education.
- Experience working with young children preferred.
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Must pass background checks.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
