Job DescriptionClient Services Coordinator – Financial Services (Direct Hire)

Location: Kirkland, WA (Onsite)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Compensation: $23–$27 per hour

We’re seeking a Client Services Coordinator who brings professionalism, warmth, and a collaborative mindset to a team that values consistency, hospitality, and excellence in client care.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client service tasks such as distributions, RMDs, and beneficiary updates using Salesforce.

Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure client needs are met with accuracy and care.

Provide professional, relational support to clients via phone, email, and in person.

Maintain detailed documentation and follow-through on all service items.

Collaborate with advisors and other departments to enhance the client experience.

Continuously identify and recommend improvements to systems and processes.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in wealth management, insurance, or a related field.

Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Confident communicator with excellent phone and email etiquette.

Proficiency with Salesforce is required.

Experience with Microsoft Office, Slack, Google Workspace, and database tools.

Steady, consistent personality with a focus on teamwork and client care.
