We are seeking a Utility Call Center Supervisor to oversee a call center and staff and act as a working supervisor. The call center supports inbound inquiries and complaints regarding tree trimming and vegetation management services. Responsibilities include logging, routing, and resolving service requests in the client’s system while providing excellent customer service. Supervisor Candidates preferred experience is 2–5 years of utility customer support experience, strong communication and data entry skills, and be tech-savvy.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a staff of customer specialists, coaching, training, escalation point and performance reviews, timecard review and approval
  • Handles inquiries and complaints regarding tree work and conditions near power lines
  • Logs, routes, and resolves service requests in client’s work management systems
  • Ensures rapid response time and accurate issue tracking
  • Lead and participate in client projects and other initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in customer support
  • 2 years working in supervisor/ leadership capacity
  • Utility customer service support preferred
  • Strong communication
  • Data Entry Skills
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Must be skilled with technology and possess computer and smartphone skills

Pre-Qualifications

  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
