Role & Responsibility:Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success

  • Greet patients warmly upon arrival, check them in and out, and provide assistance with any inquiries.
  • Efficiently schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups.
  • Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Prepare and organize patient charts, confirming appointment details for the following day.
  • Collect copays and outstanding patient balances, ensuring accurate financial transactions.
  • Clear workques promptly and appropriately.
  • Insurance Verification: Verify patient eligibility and insurance coverage prior to appointments.
  • Obtain and confirm referrals as needed to support patient care and insurance requirements.

Skills & ExperienceQualifications That Will Help You Thrive

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a medical front desk or administrative role.
  • Experience with EPIC or another electronic medical record management system
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, patient-focused demeanor with a customer service mindset.
