What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a hands-on, sales-driven leader to oversee our Bethel branch. This person will play a key role in driving revenue, developing team members, and delivering top-tier customer service. If you're passionate, motivated, and ready to make a big impact, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong relationships with our customers
- Hire, train, lead, and develop high-performing branch employees
- Drive branch performance through internal sales, revenue growth, and KPIs
- Manage timekeeping, budgets, and branch goals in collaboration with the Regional Manager
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven leadership in a B2B environment (service or distributor sales preferred)
- Track record of consistent sales growth
- Mechanically inclined
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation during training
