This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring seamless financial operations. Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Perform certified payroll tasks and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
• Reconcile bank accounts to verify financial data and address discrepancies.
• Prepare and record bank deposits to maintain accurate financial tracking.
• Maintain the general ledger and all corresponding journal entries.
• Utilize QuickBooks online to organize and update financial records efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain financial documentation for audits and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve issues.
• Generate financial reports to support decision-making and provide insights.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.
