What You’ll Do
As a General Production Worker, you'll play an important role in creating high‑quality wood products and cabinetry. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in cabinet assembly
- Loading and unloading materials and parts into machinery
- Hand sanding wood products
- Supporting paint sprayers in the finishing booth
- Performing general assembly tasks
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Operating and tending automatic spray lines
- Collaborating with a team in a fast‑paced environment
- Standing for extended periods throughout the shift
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
- General labor experience
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Work history in production, construction, or manufacturing
- Ability to accurately measure using a tape measure
- Minimum 6 months of manufacturing or related experience
- Assembly and basic carpentry skills
Additional Helpful Skills:
- Experience with loading/unloading materials
- Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Princeton, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
