Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Eight Speech-Language Pathologist positions are available in a K-12 school setting located in Pasco County, FL. These contract roles offer full-time hours, engaging with students across all grade levels to provide essential speech and language services that support their educational success and communication development throughout the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students K-12
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
  • Provide consultative support to teachers and staff regarding strategies to support speech and language development in the classroom
  • Maintain detailed records and comply with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

  • Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license required
  • Experience working within K-12 school settings preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to student-centered care and educational success

Position Details:

  • Location: Pasco County, FL
  • Contract duration: Current school year (CSY)
  • Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday through Friday
  • Age group served: Kindergarten through 12th grade
