Your Role & Impact
As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be the trusted expert homeowners rely on to keep their systems running at peak performance. You’ll:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Deliver excellent customer service with a positive, solution‐oriented attitude
- Help ensure comfort and reliability for families year‐round
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across HVAC equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- HVAC/R certification
- Apprenticeship or equivalent hands‐on experience
- Tech‐savvy, motivated, and eager to learn
- Installation experience a plus
