Job Description Step Into a Day Shaped by Precision

At Senior Metal Bellows, you’ll start the day in our Sharon, MA facility—just off Route 95—reviewing detailed engineering drawings and specs for aerospace, medical, defense, and energy components. You’ll translate those prints into inspection plans, set up advanced tools, and verify that every dimension matches intent.

From first piece checks to full AS9102 first article inspections, you’ll partner closely with engineering to craft robust inspection techniques, apply GD&T (ANSI Y14.5), and use data to drive root-cause insights and continuous improvement across the line.

What You’ll Handle

  • Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and specifications
  • Set up and perform complex precision inspections across varied part families
  • Apply GD&T (ANSI Y14.5) to confirm conformance
  • Collaborate with engineering to develop and refine inspection methods
  • Execute first piece and AS9102 first article inspections
  • Investigate nonconformances, support root-cause identification, and improve processes
  • Operate CMMs, optical comparators, micrometers, verniers, drop indicators, height gages, and other precision instruments

Compensation

Hourly Rate Range: $29.00 - $34.00. Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
