Banking Representative – Hybrid
Location: South Jordan, UT (Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area)
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $21–$23/hour
About the Role:
Russell Tobin is seeking a motivated Banking Representative to join the team of a leading investment banking firm. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in financial services and client support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound phone inquiries related to Morgan Stanley accounts.
- Provide accurate, efficient, and professional support while meeting departmental performance goals.
- Resolve customer concerns through active listening and problem-solving.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions with precision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 6 months–2 years of experience (including internships) in banking, finance, or customer service.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Candidates with a college degree and/or prior contact center experience are strongly preferred.
