Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients in the ICU, implementing individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to protocols
- Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Utilize advanced monitoring equipment to track patient status and respond promptly to changes
- Provide education and support to patients and their families throughout the care process
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Qualifications / Desired Experience
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with current certification in ICU nursing
- Proven experience in an Intensive Care Unit or similar critical care setting
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
