Step into a rewarding part-time contract opportunity as a Physical Therapist serving a K-12 caseload through a blend of onsite and virtual (VOCO) service delivery. This role offers flexibility while enabling you to make a measurable difference in student outcomes. Starting as soon as possible and continuing through early June 2027, you will have the chance to shape and support the physical development and well-being of students.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Current licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Experience with K-12 students in a school-based setting preferred
- Comfortable working with both onsite and virtual (VOCO) therapy models
- Ability to manage a caseload with varied needs and age ranges
- Proficient in providing assessment, direct therapy, and indirect consult services
- Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit for participation in multidisciplinary teams and IEP meetings
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services per DPI guidelines (1 hour direct to 0.5 hour indirect ratio)
- Conduct comprehensive student assessments and contribute to IEP planning
- Consult with educators and families to maximize student progress
- Provide complete and timely documentation per school and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with other professionals across disciplines to promote holistic student care
