Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Proactively connect with potential clients within the greater metro area, providing them with detailed insurance options tailored to their requirements.
Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Portfolio Management: Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring consistent communication and high levels of client satisfaction.
Networking: Engage in community events and professional groups to expand the agency's reach and build a strong professional network.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education is a plus.
Licensing: Current Minnesota property and casualty insurance licenses are required.
A Minnesota life insurance license is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to convey information clearly and confidently.
Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and provide customized solutions.
Driven and Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a strong desire to exceed them.
Networking Ability: Proficient in building new client relationships and nurturing existing ones.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using sales and relationship management software.
