We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our home building company. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the home building journey. This role involves building strong relationships with our clients, managing communication, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the home building process.
- Proactively communicate with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
- Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to gather feedback and address questions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including construction, sales, and design, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide clients with information on construction timelines, processes, and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications.
- Conduct post-construction follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any remaining issues.
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or client relationship management, preferably in the home building or construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
