Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Autism Consultant – School Setting
Location: Medford, OR 97501, USA
Assignment Duration: 36 Weeks

Schedule & Work Hours

  • Shift: Day (5x8-hour shifts)
  • Hours: Between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (aligned with school schedule)

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a K–12 school environment. This role functions as a hybrid BCBA / Autism Consultant, working directly within classroom settings to deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions, support student development, and coach educators.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in school-based settings and a passion for supporting students with autism and other developmental or behavioral needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide in-classroom coaching, support, and training to teachers and staff
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention strategies
  • Analyze behavioral data and ensure fidelity of intervention implementation
  • Provide clinical supervision to RBTs, interventionists, and BCBA candidates
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on student evaluations and support plans
  • Support development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver workshops, training sessions, and in-service programs on behavior strategies
  • Utilize evidence-based practices such as PECS, visual supports, assistive technology, and social skills training
  • Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
  • Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and confidentiality of student records
  • Partner with families, educators, and community stakeholders to support student success

Required Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification (in good standing with BACB)
  • Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral analysis and intervention
  • Prior school-based experience (K–12) required
  • Strong experience supporting students with autism spectrum disorders
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with early childhood autism evaluations
  • Experience working with diverse student populations
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities
  • Familiarity with IEP systems and student data tracking tools
