Location: Medford, OR 97501, USA
Assignment Duration: 36 Weeks
Schedule & Work Hours
- Shift: Day (5x8-hour shifts)
- Hours: Between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (aligned with school schedule)
Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a K–12 school environment. This role functions as a hybrid BCBA / Autism Consultant, working directly within classroom settings to deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions, support student development, and coach educators.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in school-based settings and a passion for supporting students with autism and other developmental or behavioral needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide in-classroom coaching, support, and training to teachers and staff
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention strategies
- Analyze behavioral data and ensure fidelity of intervention implementation
- Provide clinical supervision to RBTs, interventionists, and BCBA candidates
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on student evaluations and support plans
- Support development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver workshops, training sessions, and in-service programs on behavior strategies
- Utilize evidence-based practices such as PECS, visual supports, assistive technology, and social skills training
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and confidentiality of student records
- Partner with families, educators, and community stakeholders to support student success
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (in good standing with BACB)
- Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral analysis and intervention
- Prior school-based experience (K–12) required
- Strong experience supporting students with autism spectrum disorders
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with early childhood autism evaluations
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities
- Familiarity with IEP systems and student data tracking tools
