Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Accounting Clerk with strong attention to detail to join our team in Centennial, Colorado. Responsibilities:
• Extract and analyze profit and loss data from Sage Intacct to ensure accurate material costs.
• Assist in compiling estimates by reviewing models and material lists for bidding purposes.
• Perform detailed data entry tasks, including invoice processing and supporting accounts payable functions.
• Format and clean data extracted from financial systems into Excel for use in pricing tools.
• Collaborate with suppliers by pulling relevant data, formatting it, and sharing it in a precise and organized manner.
• Support the development of scalable and repeatable processes to streamline operations.
• Utilize Adobe tools to convert files and prepare them for further analysis in Excel.
• Assist with profiling plans and maintaining database entries.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth execution of financial tasks.
• Handle additional office-related assignments as needed to support the accounting team.• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formatting and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct or equivalent financial systems.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data.
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice processing.
• Competence in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Effective organizational and communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
