Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across multiple Med Surg units
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and assess treatment effectiveness
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately
• Adapt to different units as needed, ensuring continuity of care

Requirements

• Active RN license in New York
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Med Surg experience
• Float experience preferred
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• ACLS (AHA) certification preferred
