Position : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location : 302 Cedar Ridge Rd, Sissonville, WV 25320
Facility : LTC/SNF
Shift : 7pm – 7am &amp; 7am – 7pm &nbsp;(Three Days in a week that includes EOW) 
Contract : 9 weeks 
Start : TBD

Requirements:
&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>State LPN license</li>
<li>BLS/CPR preferred</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience&nbsp;in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred .</li>
<li>Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADL’s, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting RN’s.</li>
<li>Care/Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.</li>
