This position offers a $407,000 guaranteed annual salary with additional productivity compensation available. The recruitment package also includes a $25,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 in relocation assistance, and up to $100,000 in student loan assistance.
The practice provides a broad mix of outpatient clinic, gynecologic surgery, inpatient care, and obstetrics, giving physicians the opportunity to maintain a comprehensive scope of practice. Flexible scheduling is available, including the potential for part-time arrangements depending on candidate interest and practice needs.
Physicians benefit from a hospitalist-style restricted call model designed to create greater predictability around inpatient responsibilities. Call is approximately six 12-hour shifts per month, with coverage structured at approximately 1:10.
The affiliated regional hospital supports a high-volume maternity program with approximately 1,800 deliveries annually and offers a Level III NICU, PICU, and three da Vinci robotic surgical systems. A replacement hospital is also planned for 2029, adding to the long-term growth and investment in the regional medical community.

The Laborist compensation structure differs from the traditional OB/GYN position:
