Program Description: Patriot Enterprises will provide the Department of the Army - Installation Management Command (IMCOM), personnel strength accounting, personnel

records management, administrative service support, personnel actions, personnel manning, causality operations, separation, retirement services, Soldier readiness processing (SRP), and mobilization operations.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serves as Patriot's primary point of contact for delivery of the program in the Program Manager's absence.
  • Oversees performance of all employees.
  • Monitors and controls quality in accordance with approved Quality Control Plan (QCP).
  • Reviews data and trends to identify issues.
  • Notifies the Government of issues in a timely manner.
  • Integrates Patriot's corporate quality policies into the program.
  • Reviews PWS products and deliverables.
  • Consolidates reporting information into single monthly workload data report.
  • Monitors activities and performance indicators across the program.
  • Maintains communications with Patriot and Government stakeholders.
  • Establishes and facilitates formal and informal performance feedback at all levels.
  • Applies and maintains installation-specific standard operating procedures.
  • Schedules and facilitates weekly performance evaluation meetings with the government.
  • Captures lessons learned and best practices and apply them at the program level.


Education and Experience:

  • Five (5) years' experience years managing Government projects of similar size and scope.
  • Ten (10) years' experience with Army Military Personnel Division (MPD) services either as a 42 series / Adjutant General Soldier, government employee or contractor.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to pass an extensive background investigation which is qualifying for systems access.
