What You’ll Do

- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all aspects of the club, from staffing and scheduling to inventory and compliance.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver top-tier service.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every guest leaves with a smile by maintaining high standards of hospitality and service.
- Event Management: Collaborate with staff to coordinate and execute special events that keep our guests coming back for more.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, control expenses, and drive profitability while maintaining the club’s quality standards.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a confident and experienced leader with a passion for nightlife and hospitality. To thrive in this role, you should have:
- 3+ years of experience in a management role within the nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A knack for problem-solving and staying calm under pressure.
- A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Knowledge of operational processes, including budgeting, inventory management, and event coordination.
