Administrative Assistant
Salary commensurate with experience.

Our state-of-the-art, 27,500 square foot facility houses all the equipment necessary to provide our customers with efficient, cost-effective production. Coupled with our experienced and highly skilled workers, this combination produces the finest jet engine service tools and critical flight safety parts and assemblies in the industry today.
We are currently looking to add another Administrative Assistant to our team. The Administrative Assistant provides support to the organization and our customers. This is a full-time position working under the direct supervision of the Office Manager.
Job Description: Provide support to staff while also providing a point of contact to our many customers. Key duties include: answering phones, assisting other members of the staff, maintaining files, managing correspondence, familiarity with the aerospace industry is a plus.

- Ability to follow procedures concerning office systems and recordkeeping.
- Communicate with outside entities such as suppliers, vendors and customers.
- Ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of company documents and records as required.
- Receive and process incoming customer orders per company guidelines.
- Generate internal and external customer documentation in order to evaluate and process requests for quotations, customer orders and customer change orders.
- Maintain the company's central filing system for both internal and external documents.
- Performs all tasks in a timely, safe and accurate manner.
- Take responsibility for the productivity and quality of your work.
Required Training/Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree and/or minimum of 5 years' experience in office operations.
- Knowledge of data and administrative practices.
- Knowledge of clerical practices with skills in computer operation and software usage.
- Good leadership, organizational and office problem solving skills.
