Position Summary
The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for executing day-to-day warehouse operations including order fulfillment, inventory organization, receiving, and shipping. This position will also spend some time out delivering products when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
· Fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
· Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory
· Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
· Follow all handling procedures for crop protection materials and fertilizers to include bulk tank procedures.
· Support truck loading and unloading as certificated forklift operator
· Be open and willing to drive delivery truck as the need arises.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or order fulfillment experience
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
· Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
· Must be aligned with LMG Ag Products’ Core Values and demonstrate those values in the workplace
· Able to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
