Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-5
Pay Range: $125k - $155k + bonus

Summary
Connect Search is hiring a Director of Logistics in Jefferson County. This position offers a hybrid work from home schedule of 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships.
- Leads process improvement initiatives.
- Oversee all shipment activities with carriers and the UK team.
- Manage and mentor logistics team members
- Review and approve logistics-related invoices.
- Oversee inventory control processes.
- Compliance oversight with international shipping regulations.
- Lead negotiations with logistics providers and third-party carriers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Experience in international shipping requirements, tariffs, etc. required.
- Proven track record of managing global logistics operations and delivering measurable results.
