We are currently seeking to hire an Inside Sales Project Manager. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, capable of navigating complex project requirements and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales to Customer Relations:
- Act as the primary liaison between customers, outside sales and the internal sales team, ensuring all necessary information is accurately relayed and understood.
- Proactively follow up on missing customer information (e.g., dimensions) to prevent delays in the production process.
- Clearly communicate design and production limitations or non-possibilities to customers through the sales channel, managing expectations effectively.
- Ensure that critical customer information and project details are consistently maintained and accessible to all relevant teams.
- Production:
- Collaborate closely with the production team to understand capacity and scheduling.
- Assist in managing the installation and production schedule, prioritizing projects that align with current timelines and resource availability.
- Gain a foundational understanding of production processes, including time spent on tasks such as weeding, cutting, and laminating, to better inform sales and customer discussions.
- Design:
- Work with the design team on file management and organization.
- Inform the sales team of any design constraints or infeasibilities, such as graphics that won't fit a particular vehicle type (e.g., "graphics won't fit on an Explorer").
- Facilitate clear communication between design and sales to ensure that customer expectations are realistic and achievable within design parameters.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the vehicle graphics or signage industry.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with vehicle graphics design and production processes is a plus.
