Position Overview
The Scheduler is a customer service expert in the sky! When jumpers are nervous and vulnerable when arriving on the bungee tower, the scheduler gets to give them their safety briefing and dress them in their harnesses before having them make the walk to meet the Jump Master at the jump deck.
