We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Coordinate with other team members, project managers, designers, and suppliers to determine project details a scope of work to be completed
- Correspond with customers via email, phone or text to build a lasting relationship
- Order construction materials and schedule deliveries of materials on time to ensure all deadlines are kept
- Coordinate with subcontractors throughout project duration, i.e. Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Perform in-field inspections of construction projects as required.
- Follow-up with customers during the planning process, installation process, and after the job is completed to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields is preffered, on the job training provided
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
