This role is especially popular with college students, but applicants from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to walk outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions\
- Work a minimum of 40 hours a week and are willing to work during holidays
- Available for the Summer 2026 season (May–August)
- Willing to temporarily relocate to the sales market
- Access to reliable personal transportation
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Sales positions have a base pay and a tiered commission structure.
- Average entry-level representatives average $12,000 - $20,000 in a summer (12 weeks), while top entry-level representatives earn upwards of $30,000+ in a summer (12 weeks).
