Position: Physical Therapist

Compensation: $53.00 - $60.00 per hour (based on experience)

Location: 51 Performance Drive, Weymouth, MA (Norfolk County; outpatient clinic)

Employment Type: Part-time (Monday–Friday; flexible schedules available, ranging from 20 to 29 hours per week. We are open to discussing scheduling options during the interview.)

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, Your Success Will Be Measured By:

  • Utilizing clinical reasoning to evaluate movement dysfunction and uncover underlying issues through patient history and physical assessments
  • Collaboratively creating and modifying evidence-based care plans that align with each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle
  • Administering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities to enhance function and alleviate pain
  • Monitoring significant patient outcomes and adapting your methods based on progress and clinical observations
  • Acting as a reliable resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery process

Qualifications

Requirements for Physical Therapist:

  • Valid Physical Therapist License in Massachusetts

  • Certification in CPR and First Aid is mandatory
