We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our logistics team. This role involves handling inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
- Label and organize stock according to company standards.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Essential Skills
- Experience in logistics, warehouse, and material handling.
- Proficiency in inventory control and management.
- Experience with shipping and receiving.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse experience.
- Experience in inventory or shipping/receiving is a plus.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Must be open to working 2nd shift and weekends if necessary.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Guntersville, AL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
