In this specialized Operating Room RN role, you’ll enhance your clinical expertise by collaborating alongside highly skilled surgical teams and leaders with a variety of clinical philosophies. Schedule:

  • Four 10-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
  • Weekend/On Call: One weekend on call per month (36 hours total—24 hours on Saturday, 12 hours on Sunday)

Required Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in New Jersey
  • Minimum three years of recent experience with both scrubbing and circulating in the OR
  • Advanced proficiency (3+ years) in Orthopedic Spine, Robotic (Tobot) surgeries, and Trauma cases
  • Strong adaptability and critical thinking in a fast-paced environment

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform both circulator and scrub nurse duties for high-acuity surgical cases
  • Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia staff to ensure optimal patient care and safety
  • Interpret and implement physician orders precisely
  • Maintain sterile techniques and operate surgical equipment expertly
  • Assist in the orientation and support of new OR staff
