Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee construction projects in the hospitality, retail, and commercial industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring project completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee all construction activities on-site.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Manage and supervise subcontractors and project staff to ensure performance and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
  • Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders and provide regular progress reports.
  • Manage project budget and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
  • Identify and address any project issues or delays, implementing solutions as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in construction management, with a focus on hotel, casino, retail, and hospitality projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Tilt-Ups, Restaurants, and Commercial Construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and completing large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve project issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with project stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field preferred, but not required.
