Storm Guard is Madison's fastest-growing home services company, and we're searching for a full-time Sales Manager to join our high-performance team.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
This is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in Madison, WI. While the specific schedule is flexible, you will lead and coach your team in the field and the office, ensuring strong performance and hands-on support throughout the workweek.
All that you need is:
- Experience as a sales leader with a history of coaching and developing sales reps
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Comfort working in the field and leading by example
- Highly competitive, goal-driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Experience in residential sales, roofing, or home services (preferred)

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR SALES MANAGER?
As a Sales Manager, you will spend your days recruiting, training, and mentoring residential reps, setting clear targets, and tracking both individual and team performance. You will be conducting field coaching and ride-alongs, continuously refining processes and scripts to increase close rates, and driving accountability through KPI tracking and pipeline management. Working closely with the production team, you will ensure seamless project handoffs and foster a competitive, growth-focused environment. Each day, you will lead by example-producing personally while coaching others-cultivating a culture of high achievement and teamwork.
