Employment Type: Per Diem / Part-Time (Possibly Full-Time)About Our ClientOur client is a highly experienced, board-certified anesthesiologist with over a decade of safe anesthesia practice in diverse settings, from office-based procedures to level 1 trauma centers. Their practice is currently focused on pediatric dental anesthesia, delivering safe, compassionate care with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.Compensation

  • Base Salary (per case)
    • CRNA - $ 350,00
    • MD - $ 400,00
  • Shift: Flexible schedule; 6–8 cases/day, days/hours negotiable

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced, independent anesthesia provider (MD or CRNA) for per diem or part-time work in a dental office setting in the Seattle area. This role is ideal for professionals confident in providing pediatric anesthesia and performing nasal intubations. The position involves administering general anesthesia for pediatric dental cases and oral surgeries (such as wisdom tooth extractions for both children and adults). This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a flexible work arrangement with competitive per-case compensation and a supportive, high-quality practice environment.Key Responsibilities Administer general anesthesia for pediatric dental and oral surgery procedures
Perform nasal intubations with confidence and safety
Operate independently in an office-based setting
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all stages of anesthesia
Maintain accurate records and uphold best practices in anesthesia care
Minimum Requirements
Valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Anesthesiologist or CRNA in
Washington State
Own malpractice insurance (required)
Board certification (or eligibility) in Anesthesiology or Nurse Anesthesia
Previous experience in pediatric anesthesia
Previous experience with nasal intubations
Willingness to work in a dental office setting independentlyIdeal Qualifications 2+ years of experience administering pediatric anesthesia
Strong track record of safe, effective independent practice
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with a flexible schedule and per diem structure
