Our confidential client is a globally respected manufacturer of high-precision machinery, currently experiencing strong growth and increased production demand. As a result, they are urgently hiring Tooling Prep / Tooling Technicians to support machine builds and tooling operations.
This is a hands-on, critical support role. The right individual will help ensure tooling is clean, organized, assembled correctly, and ready to support precision machinery and machine builders.

What You’ll Be Doing

Clean, prepare, assemble, and reassemble tooling components used in precision machinery

Organize and stage tooling for machine builds and production support

Inspect tooling for basic wear or damage and communicate issues to the team

Use hand tools to support tooling assembly and preparation

Maintain a clean, structured, and safe tooling area

Work closely with machine builders, engineers, and supervisors
Required Skills (Must Have to Move Forward)
Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered:

Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools

Prior experience in a shop, manufacturing, tooling, or mechanical environment

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

Strong attention to detail and organization

Reliable work history and willingness to support a fast-paced environment
Candidates without these basic skills will not move forward in the process.
Preferred (But Not Required)

Experience with tooling, machining, or machine assembly

Familiarity with shop environments or manufacturing support roles

Experience maintaining clean and organized workspaces
