Lifekind Health is seeking a highly driven and relationship-focused Campus Recruiter to build and manage strategic partnerships with educational institutions that produce licensed healthcare professionals. This role is responsible for developing a long-term pipeline of top-tier talent across multiple clinical disciplines including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, medical assistants, therapists, and allied health professionals.

This position is approximately 75% campus recruitment and relationship management and 25% recruiting analytics, reporting, and process automation. The ideal candidate is both people-oriented and data-driven — someone who thrives attending career fairs and networking events while also being capable of analyzing recruiting performance metrics and maintaining recruiting dashboards.

This individual will serve as a key ambassador of Lifekind Health’s culture, mission, and career development opportunities, helping establish Lifekind as an employer of choice for emerging healthcare professionals.

Location: Coachella Valley, CA

University & Program Partnership Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with: Medical schools, Nursing programs, Physician Assistant programs, Physical and Occupational Therapy schools, Radiology and Imaging programs, Medical Assistant and vocational programs, Healthcare administration and business programs, and other allied health institutions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Lifekind Health and educational institutions
  • Establish long-term partnerships with deans, faculty, career centers, program directors, and student organizations
  • Coordinate clinical rotations, externships, shadowing opportunities, internships, and fellowship pathways where applicable

Campus Recruiting Operations:

  • Attend career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment events throughout California and other strategic regions
  • Conduct presentations and informational sessions about Lifekind Health career opportunities and culture
  • Identify and recruit high-potential new graduates and early-career clinicians
  • Develop talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill and high-growth positions
  • Coordinate interview schedules, candidate follow-up, and offer processes for campus candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to forecast staffing needs and align recruiting efforts
  • Promote Lifekind Health’s mission, UTC model, fellowship opportunities, leadership development pathways, and employee culture initiatives

Employer Branding:

  • Help strengthen Lifekind Health’s presence on campuses and within healthcare training communities
  • Assist in developing recruiting materials, presentations, handouts, and social media recruitment campaigns
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving employee reputation, engagement, and retention
  • Gather feedback from candidates and schools to continuously improve the recruiting experience

Recruiting Dashboard Ownership:

  • Maintain and update recruiting dashboards and workforce analytics reports
  • Track recruiting KPIs including: Time-to-fill, Cost-per-hire, Candidate pipeline conversion rates, Source effectiveness, Offer acceptance rates, Retention of new graduate hires, Campus ROI metrics, Hiring manager satisfaction, Recruiting event performance

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare recurring executive recruiting reports for leadership teams
  • Analyze recruiting trends and provide recommendations for process improvement
  • Help identify staffing gaps and future workforce needs using recruiting and operational data
  • Develop forecasting tools to support strategic workforce planning

Automation & Process Improvement:

  • Assist in automating recruiting workflows and reporting processes
  • Partner with HR, operations, and IT teams to improve recruiting systems and efficiencies
  • Support ATS optimization and recruiting data integrity
  • Create standardized templates and reporting tools for recruiting activities

Our Ideal Candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, campus relations, healthcare staffing, talent acquisition, or workforce development required
  • Ability to build relationships with educational institutions and healthcare professionals
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Experience using Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting platforms
  • Ability to travel regularly for campus visits and recruiting events
  • Experience recruiting healthcare professionals or working in healthcare operations
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or recruiting analytics dashboards a plus
  • Familiarity with workforce metrics and data analysis preferred
  • Experience coordinating internship, fellowship, or residency-style programs a plus
