Simply Math & Reading is hiring math tutors for its Manchester, MO office! At this time, candidates capable of teaching Algebra I and higher levels will be given priority.
Job highlights:
- work with no more than two students at a time
- curriculum guidance and materials provided
- permanent part-time position
- set your availability within our tutoring hours: Monday through Thursday 3:30-8:30, Saturday 9:00-3:30

Summary
As a Mathematics Tutor, you will utilize your knowledge of math to provide high-quality academic support to students. You will create a conducive learning environment for students of all ages. Qualifications
- College student or college graduate
- Experience working with children preferred
- Strong understanding of math concepts required
- Experience in curriculum development is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized tutoring sessions in mathematics to students of various ages and skill levels.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment to encourage student success.
