Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Minnesota Department of Education SLP license required
- Open to Certified Clinical Competence (CCC) holders and strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
- Commitment to fostering student growth and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Deliver therapy services directly to students across varied grade levels and caseloads
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with families, teachers, and support staff
- Maintain accurate records and tracking of student progress
- Contribute to a positive school culture while upholding best practices in service delivery
