We are currently seeking an experienced Segmental Retaining Wall Foreman to join our team. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Segmental Retaining Wall Foreman or in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of segmental retaining wall construction methods and materials, including Keystone, Allan Block, Redi-Rock, Stone Strong, or similar retaining wall systems
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, elevations, and grading information
- Ability to operate a mini excavator and skid steer
- Experience leading crews and maintaining production schedules
- Experience with DOT, roadway, commercial, or large-scale residential development projects
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 75 lbs., stand, walk, kneel, climb, work on uneven terrain, and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead segmental retaining wall construction crews on-site
- Coordinate daily activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Ensure proper installation of segmental retaining wall systems according to project requirements
- Train and mentor crew members on installation techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor crew productivity, quality of work, and compliance with company standards
- Maintain daily production reports and time records
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment
*Some Saturdays are required. Saturday work is mandatory when scheduled. *
