A generalist strategy is employed, with accounts varying widely—such as cargo, seafood, pharmaceuticals, and hotel chains. These accounts are often substantial and can be complex. The role involves extensive marketing for small businesses, as well as the responsibilities of collecting renewal data, quoting, and marketing.

A New York Property & Casualty License is necessary. Candidates should possess at least five years of relevant experience. An extroverted and adaptable personality is essential. Familiarity with AMS360 and ImageRight is also required.
